We stayed here in April and really enjoyed our stay here. Was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews but none of these were experienced by us. We were in room 205 which looks out to the front of the hotel and a bar across the road of which we never had any issues with noise. The room was quite big and had everything we needed, a fridge with 2 welcome bottles of water, a free safe, hairdryer where there is a socket for charging electric toothbrush, soap, small bottles of shampoo conditioner body wash & body lotion, sewing kit and 2 pairs of disposable slippers and a large wardrobe. Breakfast - there was a good selection to choose from; cereals hot food, fruit, cakes, jams choc spread for toast/pancakes teas, coffee, hot chocolate. The hotel was in a good location not too far a walk (20 minutes or so) from the main areas with many shops bars and restaurants within short walking distance and much more the closer you got to the old town. We walked everywhere (about 30 miles over 3/4 days) and even being very active and wearing the comfiest trainers we had still had sore knees and calfs so very comfy footwear is a must if you want to walk. There is good public transport which we later on in our holiday found out you could buy a 3 day ticket for unlimited use.

Comfortable beds, large airy rooms and well provided bathroom. Good selection of food at breakfast and views across the roof tops of Prague lovely. Daily housekerping. Trams rattled passed on our side of the hotel but after a while we didn't notice.

Staff friendly, breakfast nicer than it looks , rooms are huge with a fridge, safe, tea n coffee bed comfortable bathroom again huge with a shower bath and hairdryer ..great location with a few good restaurants / mini markets near by hotel offers airport transportation …Prague itself it absolutely gorgeous with a fantastic transport system we used the subway station 10 minute walk away from hotel there’s one every 5 minutes cost 30czk £1 in sterling

Hotel was clean, bedrooms was a large size, plenty of storage space in the room , separate shower room, good shower. Tea & coffee and a fridge in the room.Quick and easy check in by friendly reception staff . Breakfast was Ok, continental and hot breakfast available. The only thing was that the fruit ie banana, orange was peeled and sliced and portions were left out , would prefer a whole banana or orange in its skin. 20min walk to Wenceslas square from hotel . Supermarkets just outside hotel and a couple of restaurants which we didn’t try ,

Good price, but we would not rate this hotel as 4 star accommodation. Our room was in the older part of the hotel and was large but rather dated. We stayed 4 nights, on one of the days we did not receive a room clean and had to ask for toilet rolls and coffee replenishing. We were told you must put your sign on the door in order for cleaning . This has never been the case in other 4 star accommodation we have stayed, and didn't prevent room cleaning on the other days! Breakfast was adequate. There was not a good fruit selection (apples and oranges only) as the fruit seen on other photos was not replenished. The staff at breakfast need to smile and be more pleasant to guests, which would be a more welcoming feel. The reception staff were helpful. We left luggage on our last day until our flight, which was beneficial. We enjoyed the local restaurants and bars which are handy following long days in the city. Prague is lovely and overall we had a lovely holiday.
